Sourdough sprint

I’ve had one more whole day of baking and cooking (and relaxing a bit in between), because I go back to work tomorrow.

I’ll obviously still have time to bake in the evenings and weekends, but I won’t be able to poke/stare at/smell my great little sourdough starter every half hour. Which is probably a good thing… πŸ˜‚
